Meet the Machines 2010

We went back to this amazing free family event! Walt got to go up in a cherry picker and look at tons of other cool machines. He is still talking about how much fun he had on Saturday.

This picture is from last week when they spent a good amount of time with dirt/worms/etc. I thought it was worth a blog posting.

Root Beer Float

Today at school, Walt's class had Root Beer Floats. I can't remember why, but someone brought them in, and you know Walt - he'll eat pretty much anything.... The picture really portrays him as a ladies' man too.

Easter Day

We went to Church, another Egg Hunt, and then a great brunch.

Easter Egg Hunt at Dick and Julie's House

We went over to my Uncle Dick and Aunt Julie's house for dinner on Saturday night. They set up an Easter Egg Hunt and then all of the kids sat at their own table for dinner. It was pretty cute seeing all of the little cousins sitting together. We have a true kids table again.

Park in Des Moines

We traveled to Des Moines for the Easter weekend. Victoria was in town as well. The kids loved spending Saturday morning at the park. Victoria is about 10 months older than walt and for the most part they love each other (it is just the times that they both want the same toy...)

It's Been a While

As the subject states, it's been since St. Patrick's Day since we've posted any pictures - sorry about that. We haven't had any major blogworthy events recently, but we do have some pictures from school. We did get haircuts this week, so that may be worth noting. Anyway, here are the pictures....

As nearly as I can tell, Walt spend about 75% of his time at school this week playing in dirt. It was a good week....
