Trying to get his laugh on "tape"

Walt has the most hilarious belly laugh. I got just a little bit of it today while bob was tackling him on the grass. It was a beautiful day in St Louis. We went to a new park this morning. Just a wonderful Sunday.

Weekend with Gavin

Walt and Gavin went to Gavin's grandparents overnight on Saturday night. They had a blast and then on Sunday we went to Gavin's aunt's house for her annual luau. Walt was in the company of 4 other boys under 3. They had a blast and they all had one cry! :)

We have an annual party in May, and this year we were lucky to have the Ginthers in from Des Moines. Walt loves wearing Aunt Jessica's sunglasses

Jessica and Troy Graduate!

Walt was actually not at the graduation, but the rest of us were. Troy was asked to speak at the gradutation. He did an amazing job. Grandma, Grandpa, Dan, and Victoria came down from Iowa to celebrate with us. Walt and Victoria loved playing with each other all weekend. (this was last weekend)

"Clocks"

Walt loves clocks, he loves to look at them, play with them. And he really likes finding 8s on the clocks. The 8 seems to be his favorite number. Sorry about the sideways video!

Walt LOVES the bath

We got home from our weekly trip to Blues City Deli (aka BCD) for sandwiches (walt gets a chicago style dog) and Blues music. I told walt that I was drawing his bath and he got so excited he just hopped in fully clothed. I have a video and picture. Sheesh. Life is fun...

Mother's Day 2009

We had a wonderful day today. Walt got all dressed up for Church today with his seersucker suit. So fun. Then we went to brunch at one at my favorite brunch places- Square One Brewery. We then went to the park and played. Walt slept for 3 hours, another walk, dinner, and bed. I am so blessed.

Dad on roof

We just had some repairs done to our roof and gutters, bob was out on part of roof, which is right outside of walt's bedroom window. Love that face.

ring pop???

I am not a huge fan of candy, but to gain us more time with our friends the Moyichs and Carls, Kelly offered walt and gavin ring pops. AWESOME. I have since bought 2 to have on hand in the diaper bag. In the video you will see both boys drop their pops. Gavin caught his, walt's went on the floor, but we followed the 5 second rule, cleaned it off and he was good to go. :)

Walt at Nanny and Poppie's house

Walt went down for a weekend of fun at Diane and Wally's. He got to play with Bruno (the dog), Baxter, Aunt Jennifer, Diane, and Wally. He is talking so much! We love it. It can be frustrating when we don't know what he is saying. Today at the store he was saying something and I couldn't figure it out. BUt then I realized that he was pointing to the 4 (the aisle number), and saying four! WOW! We have a smart guy! :)
